World's first exhibition of 19th century Australia's best unknown artist, Charles Rodius
The State Library of NSW is currently staging the first retrospective exhibition of Charles Rodius (1802 - 1860), featuring over 90 original watercolours, drawings, and prints, many never seen by Australian audiences. On now until 12 May 2024.

Secrets of Dulwich, by Polly Dundon
The first print run of Secrets of Dulwich, which had sold out, is now back for sale with another 60 copies available.
Because of the support and encouragement of book 1, Polly has now started on 'Secrets of Dulwich, Rose Park, Toorak Gardens, and beyond.' which will be available late 2023.

An annual grant program offered by the History Trust of South Australia for projects, research, or publications that contribute to the knowledge, understanding, or sharing of South Australia's rich history.

Applications are now open for a number of fellowships to support the study, writing, and teaching of Australian history and culture. Applications close 14 July 2023, 5pm.

Editorship of the Journal of the Royal Australian Historical Society
The Royal Australian Historical Society is looking for a new editor for its biannual journal, the Journal of the royal Australian Historical Society. The appointment will be made before the end of this year by the RAHS Council. The new editor will receive a handover from the current editor Christine Yeats and the History House Team before starting in February 2024 to help prepare the June 2024 issue. The editor is supported by an Editorial Board, Publications Committee and the History House Team. Applications due 31 August 2023.

The FAHS has two annual awards that are currently open for nominations: the Fellowship Award and the Merit Award. Nominations for both close 31 July 2023.
